Preflight does not write CandidateSystems. It verifies artifact SHA-256, complete molecule–formulation–payload–biology–assay context, metric uncertainty, and reviewed physical evidence for every metric. Any blocker prevents the whole import.
Preview is available to signed-in reviewers. Final import requires an administrator.
